Austin Fitness Martial Arts' Kickboxing Program is Based on Four Components:

During more than 30 years of training and teaching martial arts, Master Hughes found traditional instruction wasn't suited to the needs of adults or designed to maximize physical fitness. It was too easy to be injured and not enough time was spent building cardiovascular endurance. Too much unnecessary contact too early and overemphasis on memorization isn't what adults want. The answer to these innate problems with traditional martial arts paths is our kickboxing training. It doesn't require “physical genius” or an inborn talent for the martial arts to produce the body you've always dreamed of having.

Numberless paths lead to perfect fitness and self-defense prowess, and there's a gym or martial arts school for each of them, but a finding program like ours, one that you'll love and that gives fast results, ensures you'll want to show up for each and every workout.
